Overlap Stone

The Overlap Stone site comprises a set of magically balanced boulders, and it is situated in
Lamai, Koh Samui. The place offers a tranquil atmosphere and a scenic view of the Koh
Samui Island. It is a great place to rest and refresh yourself, taking photos, and reminiscing.

However, you require a scooter or a car to get to the viewpoint because the road is a bit rough and steep. Still, you need to do an approx. 500 meters trekking to the site – consider it as a way of exercising.

There is a refreshment stall at the Overlap Stone.

What Awaits You at the Top – Overlap Stone

Arrival
First, you can be able to see the Overlap Stone from the coast point as you approach it.
Once you arrive, you are required to park your scooter or the means you used to get there.
You will encounter hand-painted signs asking you to do just that – park. You will walk the rest
of the way which will take a couple of minutes.

Other signs will direct you up to the mystically balanced stone.

As aforementioned, the Overlap Stone consists of a set of impressively stabilized boulders.
The stone is eight meters tall and voluminous.

Spectacular view
Now you can enjoy a clear-cut view of the Lamai Beach, surrounding jungle, and the captivating landscape.
This is one of the best viewpoints in Koh Samui.

How Is the Experience at The Overlap Stone?
The place has a touch of someones backyard because it is next to a home. It is not a scary
or some abandoned enclave. However, be careful not to slip at the bridge leading to the
Overlap Stone. Otherwise, the bridge itself is sturdy.
